Enhanced Voicemail
Enhanced voicemail is a VoIP solution which uses open-source software called Asterisk. The term "enhanced" is attributed to the capability of the service to deliver the message to user's email as WAV file attachment. It sends notification via SMS or email for new message, and provides personalized voicemail number (LEC number) which is not available on the traditional voicemail set-up.

For more convenience, Globe Business also offers Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN) where a single and common toll-free number is assigned for up to 34 countries.
Domestic Toll-Free Service
DTFS provides enterprise customers with a toll-free number within the Philippines that is accesible from Globe's fixed and mobile network. It is designed to address inbound business calling needs such as order/delivery services and customer service helpdesk.
