TEXT & CHARGE
This is a payment channel made available to Globe Postpaid subscriber wherein subscribers are given facility to register payments through text messages and current bill dues may then be charged to any of these credit cards: (the only card that we have agreement is Citibank and enrollment and can be done by calling their hotline at 995-9999 no other means)

How to use Text and Charge:
1. Register your local VISA, Master Card or JBC card (Equitable Cards i.e. Visa / Master Card / JCB / AMEX, are not accept).
Text PLANREG (card number) (expiry date: MMYY) (birthdate:MMDDYYYY) (mother's maiden name) send to 2201
Ex. PLANREG 1111222233334444 1205 03181970 Velasco
2. You will receive a four-character password
3. Now you can start paying your own bill or your loved one's bills.
To pay for your own bill:
Send PLANPAY (Password) (Last three digits at the back of the card) (amount) send to 2201. Ex. PLANPAY ab12 836 1543.33
Conditions:
1. Your first payment via text message is considered valid. A 45-day confirmation period shall follow to authenticate payment request.
2. Your first text payment is the only transaction allowed during the 45-day validation period.
3. A minimum payment using this service is Php 700 (whether paying for someone else's or own bill.
4. For the initial payment, there will be a maximum payment of P2,000. After the 45-days validation period has been established, the maximum payment of P2,000 shall no linger apply.
5. Php 2.50 will be charged for every transaction except for PLANHELP
To pay for another subscriber's bill:
Send PLANPAY (password) (last three digits at the back of the card) (11-digit mobile number of target subscriber) send to 2201.

Conditions:
1. Charging the Globe mobile phone number that has been enrolled to your credit card will require another 45-day validation period.
2. Payment of Globe mobile phone account is not exclusive to the mobile number enrolled under the credit card account. For payment of globe mobile phone OTHER than the mobile phone number period with the credit card, you only have to add the other mobile phone number you wish to pay.
3. Allowable number of mobile phone depends on the available credit limit of the credit card.
4. A minimum payment using this service is Php 700. e. Php 2.50 will be charged for every transaction except for PLANHELP.
5. You will receive a text requesting you to confirm your payment. Send PLANCONFIRM send to 2201.
